Hey to you all. Sorry I am shite at keeping this darned thing up to date. There is oh so much to tell. I will start with the middle of February. I sold the Lone Moose kids line in the middle of this month and Jule and Alexandra should have a nice, new version of it coming shortly! I will add a link to their website once it is up. I will be changing the layout of this blog shortly and it will be renamed Project Project (my women's clothing line).
I started school on the 16th and it was a full-on week but HEAPS of fun! For those of you who don't know, I am a student midwife at Massey University in Wellington and will be studying to become an independent midwife over the next three years.
I have been assigned a midwife to "shadow" over the next 4-5 months and I got to go out with her today and visit some awesome mums for there antenatal visits. I got to check blood pressure, wees, position of the baby etc. It was SOOOOOO fun! Shortly I will be attending the labours and births of some other women and I get to hover around and make loads of cups of tea! I am excited! Any how, I have a screaming child that needs some love and my poor hubby needs a hand with the screaming child. I will let you know of my adventures in the Project Project side of things but mainly in the baby-catching, wee testing, book-reading, exam-stressing side of things (minus the specific details of course.)
